I declare that:

• I have familiarised myself with the Regulations of the CUT's Computer and Network Facilities and subject myself to these Regulations.
• I subject myself to the Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures of the CUT.
• I have familiarised myself with the Policy on the use of e-mail, as amended from time to time, and agree to comply with the directives as stipulated in the said Policy.
